CZ models share few types of rear sight dovetail cuts and sights for CZ P-07 and CZ P-09 are unique from different ones.  

If you are looking for sights for any of these two models, you have to look only for sights compatible with them specifically.

Despite that, you can find quite a wide range of sights for CZ P07 and CZ P09: from tritium night sights, to competition fiber optic or dotted sights, as well as blank steel sights.

Fiber optic sights, tritium sights or blank sights?

This is purely up to you and the purposes for which you want to use the gun.

Very popular are the fully adjustable sights [windage and elevation adjustaiblity], making it possible to easily correct on shooting range and making the aiming process very quick and easy. 

If you are looking for cheap and quick improvement of the factory sights, you can also go just for the front sight [very popular].

You can also mount a red dot to your CZ P-07 & CZ P-09

Although both of these models do come from production only as classic models without the slide cut, you still can install a red dot to it.
