This model is used by the Czech Army and other armed forces, including those abroad. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it is perfectly suited for EDC (Everyday Carry) and self-defense. At competitions, it dominates in disciplines where standard-issue firearms are used. Due to its smooth trigger pull and easy handling, even novice shooters can master it effectively.
Holster by model
In this category, you will find holsters specifically designed for the CZ P-10 C model.
We offer holsters for standard factory models, as well as models equipped with a red dot. If you mount optics, a frame mount, or other accessories on your pistol that significantly change its profile, keep in mind that you will need a custom-made holster.
How to choose the right holster? We will now take a look at some holster features and break them down to help you navigate your options.
Leather or kydex?
In our selection, you will find holsters made from these two materials. Why "only" these? Based on our experience and customer feedback, we know they are the best materials for carrying pistols. They are very different, but both perform their function perfectly. Choose according to your personal preferences and how you use your firearm. To make your decision easier, let's go through the characteristics of both materials.
Kydex holsters
Advantages:
Constant shape: It doesn't stretch, loosen, or compress. The holster remains open, allowing you to easily return the pistol with one hand.
Safety: The firearm is held firmly inside. You’ll recognize the correct seating by the characteristic "click" heard upon insertion.
Fast draw: Kydex offers minimal resistance and doesn't stick to the gun like leather. You only need to overcome resistance at the start—where the holster grips the trigger guard—after which it slides out perfectly smoothly. You'll appreciate this in situations where every second counts.Easy maintenance: Or rather, practically none. Simply wiping the holster with a damp cloth is enough.
"Indestructibility": The material withstands sun, sweat, frost, oil, and most chemicals.
Disadvantages:
Inconvenience: This is especially noticeable with IWB holsters. The hard plastic can press against you, particularly while sitting or when carrying larger firearms.
Wear and tear of the firearm: Abrasion may occur in places where the gun rubs against the holster (on the trigger guard and the edges of the slide).
Our tip: Holsters from RH Holsters feature a very smooth interior finish that minimizes this issue.
Leather holsters
Advantages:
Comfort: The biggest benefit. Leather is a pleasant, soft material that conforms to both your body and the firearm; it won't press against you even if you carry the weapon all day.
Saves the firearm's surface: It doesn't abrade the finish like plastic does.
Style: Leather looks stylish and elegant.
Disadvantages:
Maintenance: Leather is pliable and adaptive, but it also "works" and requires proper care. It needs treatment with special leather products to prevent cracking or drying out, or cleaning if it becomes soaked with sweat.
Flexibility: Over time, the leather may soften to the point that the opening "collapses" after drawing, meaning you might need both hands to reholster the pistol.
Requires time: A new holster may be tight, and it takes time to break in before the firearm can be drawn and inserted easily. Conversely, after long-term use, there is a risk of stretching and excessive play.
Summary
For training at the shooting range, a practical Kydex holster is more suitable. For all-day carry, shooters often opt for the comfort of a leather holster.
IWB or OWB?
You can carry your pistol on the outside of the waistband (OWB – outside the waistband) or from the inside of your trousers (IWB – inside the waistband). Each holster is designed for only one of these methods, and different styles suit different people.
For quick drawing and reholstering during competitions, at the shooting range, or on duty, we generally recommend OWB holsters. For concealed carry, IWB holsters offer maximum discretion.
Choose according to personal preferences
Choosing the right holster isn't just about the facts; it is primarily about personal preference. These include your affinity for specific materials and carrying styles, how you use the firearm, as well as your physique and which holster feels most comfortable for you to wear.
