We accept online card payments. All prices are listed in USD.

5. What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two options for international shipping:
- Express Shipping via FedEx or UPS: Delivery times depend on the destination (visible during checkout). Cost: $20 - $35 USD.
- Priority Shipping via priority mail: Delivery times depend on the destination (visible during checkout). Cost: $10 - $16 USD.
For European shipments, we offer Priority Shipping via GLS:
- Delivery times depend on the destination (visible during checkout). Cost: $10 USD.
6. How quickly do you dispatch orders?
We dispatch orders within one business day, except during holidays.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number into your e-mail to monitor the delivery status.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to various international destinations. Shipping options and costs will be visible during the ordering process.
9. Are all products on your website genuine?
Yes, all of the products we offer have listed manufacturer. You can find here products from the original CZ production at the CZ factory in Uhersky Brod, Czech Republic as well as products from another Czech, European and US manufacturers.
10. Is CZ-Parts.com affiliated with the CZ Group?
No, CZ-Parts.com is an independent entity and not part of the CZ Group.
11. Are there any restrictions on the parts you can ship?
Due to local Czech legislation, we cannot ship parts classified as main parts of a gun. These items are not available on our website.

Each product listing on our website includes information about its manufacturer.
