My payment was not processed, what should I do?

If your payment could not be processed, write us at info@cz-parts.com and we will prepare you payment request from our other processor. This solves the issue in 98% cases. 


When will my order dispatch?

Unless  closed for holidays we dispatch orders within 1 work day. 

If you order item that is listed as "Sold out" then we are waiting with the dispatch for restocking of that item. In such a case we will dispatch right after restocking.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with link for tracking. Also, when dispatch, we can no longer make any changes to the order.


Item is sold out, can I be put on a watchlist?

Unfortunately we do not have a waitlist.

If you are interested, please just place an order and if you change your mind or find the item elsewhere in the meantime, just let us know and we will cancel and refund the order if it was not dispatched by that time yet.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide and all items listed on our web are free to be shipped internationally by Czech legislation.

Please note that due to restrictions for air travel we may not be able to ship magazines to certain countries and thus the ordering process may not offer you a shipping method in such a case. If magazines are removed from the order, the shipping options shall be visible again.


How long does the shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on the service selected. For more information check the Shipping & Payment page.
