My payment was not processed, what should I do?

If your payment could not be processed, please contact your credit card issuer to allow you overseas transactions.

In 98% of the cases this solves the issue as the card issuers have by-default blockatoin for online overseas payments.

Once this blockation is lifted, the payment can go through. 

When will my order dispatch?

Unless  closed for holidays we dispatch orders within 1 work day. 

Please note that if you order an item with availability "6-16 days" we first have to source the part and for that reason dispatch is delayed by that. 

If you order item that is listed as "Sold out" then we are waiting with the dispatch for restocking of that item. In such a case we will dispatch right after restocking.

Once dispatched, you shall receive an email with link for tracking.

Item is sold out, can I be put on a watchlist?

Unfortunately we do not have a waitlist. If you are interested, please just place an order and if you change your mind or find the item elsewhere in the meantime, just let us know and we will cancel and refund the order if it was not dispatched by that time yet.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide and all items listed on our web are free to be shipped internationally by Czech legislation.

Please note that due to restrictions for air travel we may not be able to ship magazines to certain countries and thus the ordering process may not offer you a shipping solution if the destination country is

How long does the shipping take?

Depends on the service selected:

  • priority mail takes between 1 to 3 weeks usually
  • express mail is there usually within few days, 10 days at latest
