The low-profile Frenzy-X open-type red dot from Vector Optics is a very lightweight red dot sight with a 3 MOA red dot aiming point. The SCRD-35 model features an enlarged aiming window. Sport shooters and hunters are sure to appreciate it, offering faster and more effective firefighting at short and medium ranges.

This model is equipped with 10 levels of aiming point brightness - 8 levels suitable for daylight and 2 for night vision. Their adjustment is carried out using buttons, which have been placed on the side of the housing. The control system is powered by a single CR2032 battery. It provides up to 50,000 hours of operation when using the weakest dot in daylight mode.

The red dot's lightweight and durable housing is made of high-quality 6061 T6 aluminum. The device is waterproof to IPX6 standard, making it resistant to harsh weather conditions. The sight automatically shuts off after 4 hours of inactivity. The lens has a protective coating to improve its optical performance. The battery is replaced by unscrewing the Picatinny mount from the sight.

The red dot comes with a Picatinny/Weaver rail mount, allowing it to be easily attached to small arms. The Frenzy-X red dot was tested on recoil of weapons fed with 9mm, .45 ACP, 12 GA and .338 Lapua caliber ammunition. The sight can be adjusted vertically and horizontally within 45 MOA. Thanks to its low-profile design, it will not interfere with the weapon when carried in a bag to the shooting range.

This red dot uses Vortex Venom footprint.
