Unlike the CZ 457 rimfires, the CZ 600 rifles are not tuned so massively. It is great out of the box and because there are multiple basic variants (CZ 600 Alpha, CZ 600 American, CZ 600 Range, CZ 600 Lux, etc.) that differ from each other in small details, shooters buy straight away the one that fits them best.

CZ 600 users most often deal with the optics mount on their firearm and also with adjusting ergonomics to make shooting comfortable. Let's look at what we have for you in these areas.
Optics mount
For hunting as well as precision shooting at longer distances, you will probably decide to install a scope. How to do it? Some models have an integrated scope base (e.g. Alpha, Ergo, Trail models), but you get others without it. Most shooters equip models without an integrated rail with an aftermarket scope base.
ATTENTION: The CZ 600 is manufactured in various calibers and the size of the scope base depends precisely on this caliber. You can find a complete overview of the rail types that fit individual calibers in the article Which rail to select depends on specifications of your CZ 600.
You then attach the scope to the rail using corresponding scope rings.
Ergonomics
A very practical upgrade is represented by bolt knobs, which allow you to firmly grip the bolt handle and thus reload lightning fast. Choose from various materials and surface finishes according to your own preferences.
By installing a scope, the line of sight of the firearm rises high above the stock and aiming becomes uncomfortable and unstable. To prevent parallax error, you have to hold your face in the air. The solution to this situation is installing a suitable cheek rest.
