Types of rear sights available
Fiber optic sights
Characteristics: Fiber optics capture and direct light.
Advantages: Fiber optics ensure very good visibility of the rear sight in good lighting conditions.
Usage: Used by sport and competition shooters who need to aim quickly and accurately even on sunny days.
Tritium sights
Characteristics: Contain tritium, which glows in the dark. Tritium capsules are completely safe and non-toxic.
Advantages: Tritium sights glow without the need for external power and have a long lifespan (approximately 10 years).
Usage: Suitable for self-defense and shooting in low-light conditions.
Classic steel sights
Characteristics: Simple steel rear sights without optical elements.
Advantages: Durable and provide a traditional look to the firearm.

Rear sights with white dots

How to choose the right rear sight
Although general recommendations suggest that fiber optic rear sights are best for sport shooting, every shooter has different preferences. Therefore, in addition to recommendations, consider what works best for you and what aligns with your experience.
To choose the right rear sight, you must consider both compatibility with the firearm and the height of the current front sight. If you find a standalone rear sight in our offer, we assume you will use it with the factory front sight. However, if you have replaced the factory front sight with a different one (higher/lower), it is necessary to replace the entire sight set.
Tip for replacing front and rear sights
If you decide to replace both the front and the rear sights, we recommend selecting a front sight with a fiber diameter of 1mm and a rear sight with a fiber diameter of 1.5mm.
